Machining, Finishing and Assembly Capabilities
In addition to die cast parts, we also deliver finished components and assemblies. While pressure casting often provides net surface quality which meets customer needs right out of the mold, many parts require some additional work at our machining facility before delivery. Our experienced team operates state-of-the-art CNC mills and lathes to deliver quality parts meeting the highest standards for precision and surface finish.
Completed parts can be further refined and finished through:
- Shot Blasting
- Powder Coating
- Painting
- Anodizing
- Chrome Plating
In addition, we have developed a stand-alone assembly and distribution facility where we complete component assembly and packaging before shipment.
